Olivier Gergele
Asia-Pacific EY-Parthenon Consumer Leader
Olivier is Asia-Pacific EY-Parthenon Consumer Leader and EY Asean Consumer Products & Retail Leader based in Singapore, with vast operational and consulting experience in the consumer products and retail sector globally and across Southeast Asia.
His experience covers projects on growth strategies, innovation, value creation, go-to-market, sales and marketing effectiveness, profitability improvement, cost and complexity reduction, change management and large-scale transformation.
Olivier assists clients in engagements such as strategy development, operating model and organization review, go-to-market definition, value creation, and large-scale commercial and cost transformation programs.
Before joining EY in 2019, Olivier was at a management consulting firm, helping global and regional CPR clients transform to drive sustainable growth.
Olivier has also been spending over a decade at a multinational consumer goods corporation, driving innovation across geographies and brands.
He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK.
Anson Bailey

Anson joined KPMG in Hong Kong in 1999 and is currently a Partner based in the Hong Kong office heading up the Consumer & Retail Practice in the Asia Pacific region. Today, he is part of the KPMG Global Consumer & Retail Leadership team.
Anson has been active in driving a number of thought leadership reports and executive briefings for senior executives covering innovation and consumers in China and across the Asia Pacific region. He has worked with many corporates to understand the complex markets we live in and current levels of disruption being seen with various thought leadership reports including Global Mobile Payments, Consumers & Convergence, Mobilizing Innovation: The Changing Landscape of Disruptive Technologies, The Rise of the Digital Multi-tasker, Be a Smarter Start-up, MNCs in China, Made in China 2025, China’s Connected Consumers, Global Connected Consumers, Connecting Hong Kong – Perspectives on our future as a smart city, Connected Cities – insights across the ASPAC region, Retail Recharged, The Future of Seamless Commerce in Asia Pacific and The Changing Face of Commerce series.

Karin is a Partner at PwC’s Deals Strategy practice for Asia Pacific. She is a retail sector leader with much global expertise, having worked in industry before consulting to leading multi-national brands, their CEO’s, executives, boards and private equity firms while based throughout Asia, North America and Europe.
Karin has worked with and advised some of the world’s foremost luxury brands, department stores, specialty retailers, beauty, fashion, watch and fine jewellery brands and more. She specializes in company turnarounds, profit improvement, acquisition and divestment advisory, market entry & expansion and overall deal value creation.
Whilst working on retail deals and with retail brands around the world, Karin is especially focused on the Asia Pacific marketplace where she has worked extensively throughout Greater China, SE Asia, India, Korea, Japan and Australia.

GUIDELINES
1. Nomination is open to all FMCG companies with offices and operations across the Asia Pacific region.
2. Each company may submit up to three (3) entries in either different or same categories.
3. Each nomination form is valid for one category only. If you are nominating in several categories, please fill out the forms separately.
4. Nomination is free of charge. Should you win, the winners package secures your seats at the prestigious awards dinner and gives you access to a wide range of valuable benefits at an exclusive cost.
ELIGIBILITY
- Nomination is open to all FMCG companies with offices and operations across the Asia Pacific region. (Companies in the following industries are not eligible to join the awards programme: tobacco, multilevel marketing, and products with unsupported health benefit claims)

Product categories - The nominated product must demonstrate significant success or accomplishments achieved in the last 24 calendar months.

Project categories - The initiative must be launched within the last 24 calendar months, either in part or full. If launched prior to 24 calendar months, it remains eligible if recent developments or upgrades were made.

- Excellence Award - Open to out-of-the-box and innovative initiatives that prove to be game-changers in the industry
CRITERIA FOR JUDGING
The entries will be reviewed by the judges based on the following criteria:
For PRODUCT categories:

BRANDING: Does the product align with the company’s mission and vision, and does it fulfill the brand’s promise?

UNIQUE SELLING POINT: Does the product offer a distinctive value proposition that sets it apart and motivates customers to choose it over other options?

PRODUCT EFFECTIVENESS AND SUCCESS: Does the product contribute to the company’s growth and successfully achieve its targets, such as sales turnover?

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Does the product meet or exceed customers' expectations? Has there been an increase in customer base?

How many winners per category?
The categories are country-level. There will be one winning company per country in each category.
Can I send two or more entries for our company?
You may submit a maximum of three (3) entries. If you choose to do so, you have to complete a separate nomination form for each entry.
What can I nominate?
You may nominate outstanding products or projects that were launched within the last 24 calendar months. If they were launched earlier, they remain eligible if recent developments, improvements, or upgrades were made.
