FrieslandCampina Thailand recognised for outstanding product innovation at FMCG Asia Awards 2025

FrieslandCampina Thailand received an accolade in the Product Campaign of the Year - Thailand category at the FMCG Asia Awards 2025 for its work on Foremost Omega Smart Gold. The award recognises the company’s achievement in developing a formulation that enhanced the Foremost Omega range and addressed current nutritional priorities for Thai children.
Launched in the fourth quarter of 2024, Foremost Omega Smart Gold was based on extensive consumer research. Findings highlighted three consistent concerns amongst Thai mothers: brain development, immunity, and physical growth. The reformulation addressed each of these, incorporating targeted nutrients with quantifiable health benefits supported by scientific analysis.
Each serving contains 27mg DHA, together with Omega-3 6 9, Sphingomyelin, MFGM, and Vitamin B12 for cognitive function. It also includes GOS BIO-ACTIVE and Vitamin C to reinforce immune health and physical endurance. The result is a composition that advances nutritional standards within Thailand’s children’s milk segment.
To extend the product’s message, FrieslandCampina Thailand introduced the Happy Power campaign, which linked balanced nutrition with active learning and play. The campaign reached over 700 million impressions across digital and traditional media, further consolidating Foremost Omega’s presence in the national market.
Since launch, Foremost Omega Smart Gold has achieved a 38% increase in sales as of July 2025, significantly above the category average of 9%. The growth has strengthened the Foremost Omega brand’s market share to 47% in Thailand’s UHT milk category, reinforcing its position as a leading brand in children’s nutrition.
