Coty enters new license with fashion brand Marni

The new licensing agreement for both brands will start in 2026.

Coty Inc. has formed a new licensing agreement with Italian luxury fashion brand Marni for the development, production, and distribution of a line of fragrances and beauty products until 2040.

The new agreement with Marni marks a new commitment for Coty to expand its presence in the luxury fragrance sector with expertise and innovation.

The first offering from the new licensing agreement is projected to launch in 2026. Part of their collaboration is rendering Marni’s identity into the beauty sector and launching premium offerings from both of their brand equity.

Both Coty and Marni aimed to use their continuous collaboration to deliver unique and elevated beauty experiences for consumers.

“This licensing agreement aligns with Coty’s highly successful strategic direction of focusing on fashion driven licenses with multi category potential that resonate across key markets. We are excited to start working with Marni to develop premium beauty offerings that bring the Fashion House’s visual style and values in beauty to life,” Sue Nabi, CEO of Coty, stated.

With the new agreement with Marni, Coty has also strengthened its alliance with OTB Group after the recent license renewal with Jil Sander.
