Reliance Retail Limited has acquired the brand “Pahadi Local” and its business operations from Pahadi Goodness Private Limited.

Pahadi Local is an Indian beauty and wellness brand known for its Himalayan-inspired, nature-led formulations and clean, sustainably sourced ingredients. The brand has gained popularity amongst consumers looking for natural skincare and wellness products.

Following the acquisition, the founding team of Pahadi Local will remain involved in guiding the brand’s creative direction and product development.

Reliance Retail will focus on expanding the brand through its retail network, digital platforms, and supply chain capabilities.
