Apparel Group partners with Cotton On to enter India

It will introduce the brand through a phased omnichannel rollout.

Apparel Group has partnered with Cotton On to launch the Australian fashion brand in India.

Under the agreement, Apparel Group will introduce Cotton On through a phased omnichannel rollout, including physical stores across the country, a dedicated e-commerce platform, and listings on leading digital marketplaces.

The partnership combines Apparel Group’s retail infrastructure and local market expertise with Cotton On’s trend-focused, casual fashion offering aimed at India’s young consumer base.

Cotton On will adopt a simplified operating model to improve speed-to-market and reduce complexity.

Apparel Group will manage distribution through its nationwide logistics network to support faster and more efficient operations.
