Crocs names CFO Anne Mehlman as President

Michelle Poole will step down from the role as EVP and President

Crocs, Inc. has appointed the current EVP and Chief Financial Officer Anne Mehlman as the new EVP and President.

Mehlman will succeed Michelle Poole, who will retire from the role and depart the company after a decade.

“Over the last decade at Crocs, Michelle's leadership across merchandising, product, design, marketing, and in her role as President has been fundamental to eclipsing the $3b brand revenue mark,” Andrew Rees, CEO of Crocs, Inc., said.

Mehlman has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry, having served Crocs, Inc. as Vice President of Corporate Finance from 2011 to 2016, and rejoining the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2018.

As part of the transition, Mehlman will remain as EVP and CFO of the Crocs Brand, and serve as an advisor until early 2025.
