The experience was designed to be seamless, requiring no tedious sign-ups or forms, and intuitive for all ages, earning Kopitiam the Marketing Initiative of the Year - Singapore award at the Retail Asia Awards 2026.
Dennis Quek, General Manager at Kopitiam, also shares how Lau Pa Sat created an experiential, community-first ecosystem aimed at transforming its 130-year-old heritage site into a living cultural anchor for Singapore.
This initiative earned Lau Pa Sat the F&B Brand of the Year - Singapore award at the Retail Asia Awards 2026.
