Suntory to raise prices on selected products in Japan from 1 Oct

The recommended retail prices for these products will increase by +6 to +32%.

Suntory Beverage & Food Limited has announced upcoming price revisions for certain products in Japan, set to take effect from shipments made starting 1 October.

In a statement, the company said factors contributing to these rising costs include the depreciation of the yen, limited supply of agricultural produce, and increased processing fees due to rising personnel costs. Meanwhile, the outlook for manufacturing costs remains uncertain, further necessitating these price revisions.
