Amorepacific partners with Viol Medical to expand beauty device offerings

Collaboration covers product development, marketing, and home beauty devices.

Amorepacific Corporation has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Viol Medical to collaborate in the beauty and medical device sectors.

Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate on products and services combining Amorepacific’s skincare knowledge with Viol Medical’s energy-based device (EBD) technology.

The partnership will encompass joint product development, marketing initiatives, and expansion into the home beauty device market. As part of the collaboration, Amorepacific has made a strategic investment in Viol Medical.

The companies aim to create long-term opportunities by connecting device-based solutions with advanced skincare research, whilst expanding the reach of medical and aesthetic device technologies globally.
