Omnichannel beauty brand Mōdere names Nate Frazier as President and COO
Mōdere products hold a presence in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and India
US-based global health and wellness brand Mōdere has appointed Nate Frazier as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), as well as Executive Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Frazier will oversee the expansion of Mōdere’s operations, supply chain and logistics, marketing, finance, human capital, and IT departments, as well as its global leadership team.
The appointment of Frazier is one of the company’s strategic steps for growth and innovation in the health and wellness industry. Through Frazier’s expertise, Mōdere importantly promotes their commitment to steadfast leadership.
Frazier is an experienced leader in the health, wellness, and beauty industry with over two decades of brand-building and omnichannel experience from retail to digital operations. He is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, holding a B.S. in Asset Management.

Before entering Mōdere, Frazier served in senior leadership roles at major nutritional retailer GNC as Vice President of Franchising (2017-2019), Senior Vice President of Operations (2019-2021), and most recently, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure as COO, he oversaw the growth of over 8,000 employees, over 5,000 retail locations, and over 60,000 wholesale accounts.
Frazier also served for Mattress Firm, Helzberg Diamonds, Abercrombie & Fitch, and GameStop.
