Givenchy launches beauty flagship store on JD

A full line of its beauty products will be available online in China.

Givenchy, a luxury fashion and perfume house under LVMH, launched a beauty flagship store on JD.com, the platform revealed in a news release.

Through the partnership, a full line of Givenchy’s beauty products will be available on JD’s online platform including its bestsellers Le Rouge 306 lipstick, Prisme Libre Loose Powder, and L’Interdit Eau De Parfum.

For future cooperation, both sides have agreed to apply JD’s premium JD Luxury Express service to provide consumers with a more personalized shopping experience, as well as augmented reality or AR technology to make it possible for consumers to try make-up online.

“Both sides will also explore innovative cooperation to bring more surprises to Chinese consumers,” said Terry Wang, general manager of JD Beauty.
