Calvin Klein launches flagship store in Tokyo
It blends Calvin Klein’s minimalist aesthetic with traditional Japanese craftsmanship.
Calvin Klein has opened its new three-story global flagship store in Harajuku, Tokyo, marking the brand’s latest step in its international retail expansion.
The store follows the Paris flagship opening in 2024 and precedes the planned SoHo, New York location later this year.
The store blends the brand’s minimalist style with traditional Japanese craftsmanship, featuring natural tones and materials such as stone, plaster, glass, paper, and cedar to create a modern yet heritage-inspired shopping space.
“Calvin Klein has always stood at the intersection of fashion and culture, creating products and consumer experiences that resonate and inspire, and our stores are where this element of our iconic DNA is the most fully realized,” said Calvin Klein Global Brand President David Savman.
“We are excited to expand our footprint in one of the world’s most influential fashion capitals and deliver an elevated consumer experience where the Calvin Klein way of living meets the culture of fashion,” he added.
