Acne Studios opens new flagship in Tokyo
The design takes cues from the city’s urban landscape.
Acne Studios has opened a new flagship store in Tokyo, located at 5-3-2 Minami Aoyama, Minato-ku.
The store features high-gloss pink leather seating and woven fabric by designer Max Lamb, custom lighting by Benoit Lalloz, sculptural mannequins by Daniel Silver, and ceramic artworks by Japanese artist Takuro Kuwata.
The design takes cues from Tokyo’s compact urban landscape.
The three-floor space was designed by creative director Jonny Johansson in collaboration with Swedish architecture studio Halleroed.
