Alshaya Group drives 20-store retail push at Aventura Mall in Kuwait
The mall is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2026.
Alshaya Group has signed an agreement with Mabanee Company to open more than 20 retail and food outlets at Aventura Mall, covering over 10,000 square meters of leasable space.
The mall is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2026.
The tenant mix will include international brands such as Starbucks, American Eagle, Foot Locker, H&M, Raising Cane’s, Shake Shack, Chipotle, Victoria’s Secret, and Bath & Body Works.
It will also include Primark and Ulta Beauty, both of which previously opened their first regional stores at The Avenues in Kuwait.
Ulta Beauty is expected to open at Aventura Mall in the fourth quarter of 2026, whilst Primark is scheduled to follow in the first quarter of 2027.
The development is located in Jaber Al-Ahmad City and is being delivered under a public-private partnership.
Mabanee Company is the main investor, working alongside National Industries Company and Privatisation Holding Company.
