Ulta Beauty enters Dubai as it scales Middle East retail

The store marks Ulta Beauty’s second Middle East location.

Ulta Beauty, a specialty beauty retailer in the U.S., will open its first store in the UAE at Mall of the Emirates on 29 January 2026, in partnership with Alshaya Group.

The store marks Ulta Beauty’s second Middle East location, following its Kuwait opening on 7 November 2025, and will be followed by stores at Dubai Mall on 27 March 2026 and Red Sea Mall, Jeddah, on 7 May 2026.

The UAE store offers makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrances from prestige, mass, and emerging brands, along with in-store services for makeup, skincare, brows, and nails.

Featured brands include Ulta Beauty Collection, Morphe, Peter Thomas Roth, RMS, and local favorites.

To celebrate, Ulta Beauty will host pre-launch and launch-week events from 29 January to 7 February, including product demos, giveaways, and appearances by regional beauty founders such as Nadine Njeim, Balqees Fathi, Sara AlRashed, and others.
