The agreement will see Myntra Jabong establish physical retail stores, regional e-commerce platforms, and branded digital storefronts.

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. has announced a multi-year franchise partnership with Myntra Jabong India Private Ltd., Myntra's business-to-business wholesale entity, to expand its brands’ presence in India.

The agreement will see Myntra Jabong establish physical retail stores, regional e-commerce platforms, and branded digital storefronts through licensed and independent third parties.

Fran Horowitz, CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch Co., said the partnership aims to deepen engagement with Indian consumers in a dynamic market with long-term growth potential.

She added that Myntra Jabong’s expertise will help execute the company’s customer-first strategies in the region.

"We will apply Myntra's fashion and tech expertise to connect Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister with the country's thriving fashion audience and help them scale as we have done with numerous other global brands,” added Nandita Sinha, CEO of Myntra. “The Indian lifestyle market offers potential to global brands, and we are pleased to be their preferred partner in crafting their India growth journey.”
