Reliance Consumer Products enters Australian market through Goodness Group acquisition

The acquisition expands its global health-focused beverage portfolio.

Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL), the FMCG arm of Reliance Industries Limited, has acquired a majority stake in Australia’s healthy beverage company Goodness Group Global Pty. Ltd.

The deal marks RCPL’s entry into the Australian market and expands its global health-focused beverage portfolio.

RCPL will promote Goodness Group’s brands, including Nexba and PACE, the latter co-created with Australian cricket captain Pat Cummins, in markets such as India.

RCPL, already present in the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, strengthens its position as a global FMCG player with offerings like RasKik and Sun Crush juices, zero-sugar carbonated drinks, and herbal-natural beverages under Shunya.
