Here’s a look at some of Changi Airport’s latest retail concepts and offerings which launched last year.

The Shilla Duty Free (Public and Transit)
Located across all terminals.

Launched last year, global travel retail chain The Shilla Duty Free Singapore stocks the widest ranges of beauty and skincare brands in Singapore and any Asia-Pacific airport with over 190 international brands across the three terminals and more than 20 brands that cannot be found anywhere else in Singapore.

These brands include Aromatica, Ghost Perfume and Jean Louis Scherrer Perfume. It also hosts The Shilla Beauty Loft, the world’s first luxury beauty and spa concept in a duty free store in the world. The loft houses:

  • The Dior Beauty House offers specially trained specialists to help customers customise a signature scent from the Dior La Collection Privée and services such as makeup and skincare consultations using Dior’s cutting-edge skin analyser, facials, hand massages and flash makeovers on-the-go inspired by Dior’s Couture runway shows.
  • The La Prairie Luxury Skincare Bar promises a selection of luxurious skincare rituals to help travellers hydrate and maintain that pre-flight glow before they embark on their journeys. Apart from facial treatments, customers can also enjoy customised facials, tailored makeover and the complete selection of the La Prairie fragrance collection. All services are available by invitation only.
  • SK-ll Pitera lounge is the brand’s first and only lounge facility located in an airport offering a select menu of facial and massage services designed to help keep the jet-set refreshed when they arrive at their destination.
  • Chanel Beauty Lounge is the first at Changi Airport, offering a menu of skincare, makeup and fragrance services tailored for the traveller. The illusive lounge is strictly by invitation only but promises to provide a luxurious respite from the hectic cycle of travel for customers who desire more sophisticated treatments.

The Duty Free Store (Transit)
Located across all terminals.

Changi Airport’s duplex DFS store for alcohol comes with a bar, set up by Raffles Hotel to serve Singapore Sling cocktails and other drinks, as well as a private lounge. The 11,400sqf double-storey store hosts nine brands — Absolut, Dom Pérignon, Glenfiddich, Hendrick’s, Hennessy, Johnnie Walker, The Macallan, Martell and Penfolds — while taking the consumer on an experiential journey of its heritage, showcasing their finest products in individually designed boutiques within the duplex. To keep spirits alive, the store also regularly hosts visits from master distillers, blenders and brand ambassadors throughout the year, and also unveils worldwide product launches for these nine brands.

ZARA (Transit)
T3, Departure Lounge (Near A Gates).

Zara’s flagship store at Changi Airport is sprawled across 850sqm, spanning two storeys. Its chic interior design takes its cues from global fashion cities such as New York, London, Paris and Shanghai, giving it an international urbanity. The fast fashion brand’s new store promises the latest men’s and women’s ranges, perfect for all those last-minute shopping.
