Samsung unveils new retail concept in Thailand

South Korean tech giant Samsung has chosen Thailand to introduce a new retail concept.

Samsung will debut its Samsung Experience store, comprising 422 sq m over three floors at Siam Square One in Bangkok, a new development opposite Siam Centre.

The first such store in Southeast Asia, the Samsung Experience store features four zones: learning, games, entertainment and children. It also has a Smart Academy Lounge with training classes about Samsung products.

It also houses an express-service channel promising quick access and greater convenience for customers who have minor problems. Customers can pre-book a service from this centre via the Samsung website.

In conjunction with the opening of the Samsung Experience store, Samsung launched its new tablet, the Galaxy Tab S, for the Thai market.
