Abenson recognised at Retail Asia Awards 2026 in Singapore

Abenson received the Customer-Centric Brand of the Year - Philippines recognition at the Retail Asia Awards 2026 for its Super Service campaign, which focused on delivery, installation, payment flexibility, and after-sales support across its retail operations in the Philippines.
Consumer expectations around appliance retail shifted towards easier purchase, delivery, and service support. Over the past 24 months, Abenson used its Super Service campaign to address those requirements across store transactions, online orders, fulfilment, and after-sales support.
Easy payment options were available in stores and online. Planning Studio provided layout consultations and appliance recommendations suited to specific residential spaces.
Branch operations were recognised through the Philippines Department of Trade and Industry’s Store Bagwis Awards. With over 132 received Gold Bagwis Award recognitions.
Together, these services extended Abenson’s customer support beyond product sales. Abenson continues to focus on making appliance shopping enjoyable and convenient and, more importantly, bringing the good life to more Filipino homes.
