MR. D.I.Y. Holding (Thailand) Public Company Limited wins at Retail Asia Awards 2026
The company achieved outstanding financial growth, upgraded store layouts, and drove impactful community initiatives.
MR. D.I.Y. Holding (Thailand) Public Company Limited won Store Design of the Year (Large) - Thailand, Specialty Store of the Year - Thailand, and ESG Initiative of the Year - Thailand in the Retail Asia Awards 2026.
The retailer expanded its network to 1,127 stores across all 77 provinces by 31 December 2025. This footprint includes 829 standalone stores and 298 mall-based outlets. In FY2025, the company reported total revenue of approximately THB20m and a net profit of THB2.631.4m. These figures represent year-on-year growth of 24.4% and 47.8%, respectively. The company also completed its initial public offering on the Stock Exchange of Thailand with a THB5.6b market capitalisation, making it the largest retail listing in the country in three years.
To elevate consumer experience, MR. D.I.Y. Holding (Thailand) Public Company Limited transitioned to its Store Design 2.0 format for destination malls and standalone locations. The upgraded concept features wider walkways, open entrances, and clearer zoning to enhance product visibility. The layout incorporates customer-led merchandising strategies that use performance data and traffic flow analysis to customise product assortments for local demographics. For environmental sustainability, the company integrated solar energy solutions into standalone Store Design 2.0 locations, which deliver up to 35% energy savings per store.
Social responsibility and community engagement remain central to the business through the MR. D.I.Y. Cares programme. The company ran its annual Season of Giving campaign during the festive period to connect retail promotions with social impact. In partnership with the Thai Red Cross Society, the company organised a blood donation initiative that mobilised over 3,000 participants and collected 1.2 million cc of blood.
Furthermore, the company donated over 3,000 educational items worth more than THB120,000 to the Foundation for Child Development through its Giving Kindness to Children initiative. To encourage sustainable shopping habits, the retailer distributed over 29,000 reusable bags nationwide. This effort helped reduce the use of an estimated 870,000 single-use plastic bags, avoiding approximately 29 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions. The integrated campaign also generated a 25% sales uplift during the promotional timeframe.
