DFI Retail Group announces leadership changes

Ella Chan has been named the Group CSO.

DFI Retail Group has announced leadership appointments aimed at strengthening its strategic capabilities and fuelling growth.

The group has appointed Ella Chan as Group Chief Strategy Officer, effective 1 April 2025.

With over 20 years of experience in global strategy, transformation, and innovation within the retail and consumer sectors, Chan will take charge of corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, investor relations, and customer insights.

Wee Lee Loh, currently group chief digital officer, will take on an expanded role as group chief digital and yuu Rewards officer, overseeing yuu Rewards, retail analytics, and retail media.

Since joining DFI in September 2023, he has led key digital transformation and e-commerce initiatives.
