Starbucks opens largest greener store in Thailand

This is the brand's fourth flagship store in the country.

Starbucks has unveiled its largest Greener Store in Thailand at One Bangkok, marking its fourth flagship in the country.

The store aligns with Starbucks’ global sustainability goals by adhering to strict environmental standards for water conservation, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible sourcing of materials.

This opening supports Starbucks’ goal of certifying 10,000 Greener Stores worldwide by 2025, aiming to cut carbon emissions, water usage, and landfill waste by 50% by 2030.

“This store celebrates Thailand’s coffee heritage and our commitment to sustainability,” said Emmy Kan, President of Starbucks Asia Pacific. “It highlights our partnership with Coffee Concepts Thailand and our shared journey toward a resource-positive future.”

The Starbucks ReserveTM store at One Bangkok merges Thai cultural design with eco-friendly practices, offering a space for customers to connect and unwind in a sustainable setting.
