Metro's dedication to enhancing its merchandise mix ensures refreshing shopping experiences through strategic partnerships with local and international brands, expanding product categories, and optimising assortments. In 2023, Metro expanded its digital footprint with the launch of the Metro TikTok Shop, hosting live streams with influencers and partners, and exploring offsite locations to strengthen brand awareness.

The company's recent renovation of its beauty department now includes built-in facial cabins and new brand offerings, providing an elevated customer experience. Metro's commitment to social responsibility is evident through collaborations with health organisations like the Singapore Cancer Society, hosting health talks, and offering member privileges. Additionally, Metro's green initiatives, including beach clean-ups, participating in Earth Hour, and textile recycling, underscore its dedication to sustainability.
Metro's product lines, such as the Traveller Range, Easy Care Fabrics, Sustainability Range, and Ice-Cool Range, cater to evolving consumer needs. 

These strategic efforts have led to a significant revenue increase from SG$86.6m in FY 2022 to SG$104m in FY 2023, primarily due to higher sales at Metro Paragon and Metro Causeway Point. Metro's online platforms, including Metro Online and Lazmall, remain dynamic, reflecting its commitment to leveraging multimedia strategies and technology to enhance the customer shopping experience.
