K-pop agency JYP launches pop-up store in Ginza

Visits are only available by reservation.

JYP Entertainment, the K-pop agency-label that represents acts like TWICE, Itzy, and Stray Kids, has opened a pop-up store in Tokyo’s Ginza neighbourhood that is set to run until 31 August, Yonhap reported.

In addition to selling merchandise related to the agency's artists, an exhibition marking boy band 2PM's 10th debut anniversary in Japan is also taking place. The costumes that girl groups Twice and NiziU wore are also on display.

Visits to the pop-up store are only available for those who have made reservations in advance.

NiziU, the nine-piece girl group launched by JYP and Japan's Sony Music Entertainment, recently topped a key daily and weekly music chart in Japan with its second single "Take a Picture/Poppin' Shakin'."
