Hyundai opens nature-friendly department store in Seoul

Nearly half of the total area is decorated with indoor landscaping and rest areas.

South Korea’s Hyundai Department Store has opened a new shopping facility in Yeouido, Seoul with a nature-friendly design, Yonhap reported.

The new department store has dramatically expanded space that aims to offer a place for customers to relax and heal, with 49% of the total area being decorated with indoor landscaping and rest areas.

According to Korea Bizwire, Hyundai Department Store announced in 2016 its plans to build the largest department store in the capital.
