New mobile app launched to help franchise owners

A new mobile application designed to improve the accessibility and speed with which franchise owners gather and manage online reviews was recently launched by Franchise Perfect Circle (FPC).

Intended to streamline the reputation management process, FPC’s Review Manager developed after extensive research was done on the marketing needs of franchise owners. The company said franchise owners struggle with gathering and managing reviews, an increasingly crucial component in digital marketing and local Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). The Review Manager application aims to address the issue of review management in a way that emphasises customisation at the franchisee level with an ability to operate offline.

Their key concept in converting review requests into published reviews is integrating that process point of sale or point of consultation. It was designed for optimum ease of use and integration into workflow. Using an SMS-based system, which is five times more likely to convert than email, the FPC Review Manager app can be used to gather reviews and manage them at anytime from anywhere. Each business can modify and customise the application to suit their personal objectives

The SMS and email feature provides double the opportunity to create custom messages that support key CRM data, such as name, date of service, type of service, and many more. The application can also schedule review requests in addition to sub-accounts for employees, with advanced tracking capabilities built in.

Matthew Rubin, president of Franchise Perfect Circle said: “This technology helps franchise organisations grow their online reputation and system-wide revenue, and we can’t wait to see franchise owners take advantage of its capabilities.”

The new app available on the App store and Google Play store.
