SP eCommerce launches Triumph's Singapore and Malaysia e-stores

SP eCommerce, a Singapore Post Ltd subsidiary, worked with Triumph to launch two new and optimised online stores for Singapore (sg.triumph.com) and Malaysia (my.triumph.com). The two online stores have been re-designed and enhanced in areas such as product categorisation and recommendation to create a better online shopping experience for customers.

Since the launch of Triumph’s online shops two years ago, they have provided the most convenient way for modern women to shop in this digital age. With the latest updates, Triumph has also integrated their online stores with Instagram, allowing Triumph fans to share photos via on-site social feeds.

Incorporating a host of custom extensions designed by SP eCommerce — including zip code validation, redesigned navigation and SingPost POPStation deliveries — the revamped webstores make browsing of over 5,000 styles easier and faster than ever. Visitors can now enjoy a smoother, more intuitive experience on both desktop and mobile, in a secure online shopping platform.

Triumph customers can also look forward to further improvements to the online stores’ product recommendation engine, as well as wish list functionality, in the near future.

“Customer experience is our top priority. Serving up a great brand experience has always been at the core of what we do, and that is only possible with a holistic focus on our shoppers’ experience. These site updates are another step for us along the journey towards giving customers the superior convenience they expect and deserve in today’s online shopping space,” said Sheryl Wong, Commercial Director, Triumph International Singapore & Malaysia.
“With SP eCommerce, we are pleased that we are able to stay abreast with the latest digital trends, enabling us to provide our customers with an ever-enhancing online shopping experience,” she said.
