SUGI Holdings to enter Thailand’s health and beauty care industry

Together with Retail Business Public, all parties will present a new store concept by mid-2024.

Japan-based holding company SUGI Holdings Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Co., Ltd. for its entry into the health and beauty care business in Thailand.

Under the agreement, all involved entities will explore the opportunities in Thailand’s health and beauty market with a quality curation of products for Thai consumers.

Additionally, the three companies will launch a new retail format, offering access, convenience, and personalised experiences for customers. The new store concept will be released by mid-2024. Meanwhile, PTT’s oil and retail unit will establish a “future network” that will offer diverse lifestyle needs for health and beauty.
