Temu expands quality assurance with global partnerships

E-commerce platform Temu has expanded its quality assurance efforts by partnering with top testing and compliance firms, including TÜV SÜD, TÜV Rheinland, SGS, and Bureau Veritas. The move strengthens its focus on product safety and compliance across its platform.

"Consumer trust and safety are the cornerstones of our operations," said a Temu spokesperson. "By partnering with esteemed organizations like TÜV SÜD, TÜV Rheinland, SGS and Bureau Veritas, we are taking proactive steps to ensure that all products on our platform meet rigorous international safety standards.”

The company’s quality program includes stringent seller vetting, advanced product monitoring, regular inspections, and swift enforcement actions. Additionally, an efficient notice-and-takedown system addresses potential violations transparently.
