JD.com to shutdown e-commerce services in Thailand

This will take effect from 3 March 2023.

JD CENTRAL announced that it will be shutting down its operations in Thailand, starting on 3 March. 

The official store stopped placing orders at 23:59, 15 February; whilst the marketplace or the platform for other sellers will stop placing orders at 23:59, 3 March.

“JD CENTRAL will fulfill all orders, which completed the transaction before and within 3 March 2023,” the announcement read. 

After-sales services, meanwhile, will continue to be provided for completed orders, which will be open until 31 March 2023.
