Digitalising retail operations for an improved shopping experience

Held in Kuala Lumpur, the Retail Agenda Forum 2018 hosted by technology solutions provider StrongPoint APAC concluded its successful second edition last month.

Focusing on global trends, technology and creative thinking that will push retailers towards success, the networking event saw more than 100 retailers, speakers and solution providers sharing their experience, knowledge and ideas.

Speakers and panellist include Dennis Low, general manager and head of Enterprise Products at NEC; Kamran Shaukat, co-founder and CEO at EZBuy; Gary Brown, former CEO and executive director of 7-Eleven Malaysia; Afendi Dahlan, director of DR Group; Simone Lee, CEO and founder of Tigas Alliance Group; Malik Murad Ali, IT director at Mydin Mohamed; Kenneth Tan, partner of NYCU Media; among others.

The event also included a post-conference workshop where guests witnessed the launch of StrongPoint’s E-commerce Logistics Suite which enables online retailers to fulfil on delivery, offering choice, speed and convenience for their customers.
