Peter Jueptner to step down as Estée Lauder’s international president

His departure marks the end of his 16-year career at the company.

Peter Jueptner, group president of International at Estée Lauder, will step down from his role on 1 April 2025, and leave the company by 30 June 2025.

Jueptner joined Estée Lauder in 2009 and played a key role in the company's growth, overseeing strategic acquisitions such as Le Labo, KILIAN PARIS, Dr. Jart+, and Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle.

He was promoted to president of EMEA in 2016, where he led the company’s most complex region through both growth and the challenges of the pandemic.

In 2022, he became group president of international, expanding his successful strategies worldwide.

“Over the course of his impressive career with us, Peter has been one of the key architects of The Estée Lauder Companies, helping to expand our brand portfolio, grow our global footprint, and enhance the ways we work together across teams and geographies to serve our global consumers,” said William Lauder, chair of the board of directors. “His combination of strategic expertise and commercial acumen has left an indelible imprint on the enterprise.”

Jueptner’s departure marks the end of a transformative 16-year career at Estée Lauder.
