Paragon wins Luxury Mall of the Year - Singapore at Retail Asia Awards 2026
The Singapore destination expanded with first-in-market boutiques, brand collaborations, and member upgrades.
Paragon received an accolade in the Luxury Mall of the Year - Singapore category at the Retail Asia Awards 2026 for expanding its luxury retail portfolio, introducing new experiential activations, and strengthening member engagement initiatives across its Orchard Road destination.
Located on Orchard Road, the mall introduced several new duplex flagship boutiques over the past two years, including Bottega Veneta, Tom Ford, and Balenciaga. Prada will also soon unveil its expanded two-storey duplex in Paragon that offers elevated and personalised client experiences alongside exclusive collections.
In addition, the mall added first-in-Southeast Asia and first-in-Singapore standalone boutiques such as Maison Margiela, Zimmermann, and Jil Sander, alongside Marni’s second Singapore boutique.
Luxury exhibitions and retail activations formed part of the mall’s programming strategy. In collaboration with Bvlgari, Paragon hosted “Beyond Time”, the Maison’s first-ever horological showcase of its kind beyond Switzerland, from 18 July to 10 August 2025. Together with Cortina Watch, the mall also staged Rolex’s “Time Zone to Time Zone” exhibition in Singapore to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master. During the 2025 festive season, visitors also experienced Southeast Asia’s first Prada Beauty Holiday Tree installation, accompanied by a dedicated pop-up and photo experience.
Member-focused upgrades were also introduced with the opening of a new Paragon Club Lounge on Level 6 in November 2025. Spanning more than 5,000 sq ft, the new lounge offers expanded hospitality spaces, private meeting rooms and suite, in addition to integrated shower and washrooms facilities for greater comfort and convenience. Complementing the experience is a curated selection of refreshments for Paragon Club members, including an exclusive signature cookie and custom blend tea as well as curated afternoon tea sets. In March 2026, Paragon launched its Personal Stylist Experience, offering tailored fashion consultations for shoppers and members.
The mall also enhanced its Paragon Club loyalty programme through the introduction of a new Platinum tier, elevated rewards, and a refreshed mobile application. Members gained access to in-store point redemptions for purchases, parking credit redemptions, expanded bonus points multipliers, and birthday privileges. Pinnacle members also enjoy access to a dedicated Personal Concierge service that offers personalised assistance from lifestyle requests to lounge arrangements and reservations at Paragon.
Through its retail tenant mix, activations, and membership initiatives, the property continues to strengthen its position within Singapore’s luxury retail sector.
