Chow Tai Fook opens 10,000-square-foot global flagship store in Hong Kong
The store adds concierge services and redesigned customer spaces.
Chow Tai Fook has opened its first global flagship store on Canton Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
Spanning nearly 10,000 square feet, the store is the brand’s largest location in the Hong Kong and Macau market. Named the “Home of Chow Tai Fook,” the flagship combines the company’s heritage with contemporary retail design.
A central feature of the flagship is the Heritage Pavilion, which traces the brand’s history from its founding in 1929 to the present day. The exhibition showcases Chow Tai Fook’s efforts to preserve traditional Chinese goldsmithing techniques, including hammering and filigree craftsmanship, through collaborations with leading cultural and research institutions.
The flagship also houses a Gold Ginkgo Tree installation, measuring 2.1 metres high and 2.3 metres wide. Crafted from nearly 40,000 grams of pure gold, the sculpture was created by close to 50 artisans over approximately 60,000 hours.
Moreover, Chow Tai Fook also introduced its luxury home collection in collaboration with French porcelain brand Bernardaud. The Rouge Collection includes tableware designed to expand the brand’s presence in the luxury lifestyle market.
The store further features redesigned interiors and a newly introduced concierge service aimed at enhancing customer experience through a more personalised and service-oriented retail journey.
