Authentic Brands Group appoints Jeff Daggett as head of Japan

He will lead efforts to strengthen the group’s presence and growth in Japan.

Authentic Brands Group has named Jeff Daggett as Senior Vice President – Head of Japan. 

With over 30 years of industry experience, Daggett will lead the company’s efforts to strengthen its presence and drive brand growth in Japan.

“Jeff's extensive industry experience and proven track record make him an ideal leader to drive Authentic's expansion across Japan,” said Wesley Chu, regional president APAC, Authentic. “We are excited to welcome his strategic vision and comprehensive understanding of the market, which will not only enhance the visibility of our brands, but also fuel significant growth across this pivotal market.”

Daggett has a successful track record with brands such as Gap, Levi’s, Nike, and Vodafone, and has driven significant revenue for Disney and NBC Universal.

"I am thrilled to join Authentic and lead its efforts in Japan. Its iconic brands resonate deeply with Japanese consumers, presenting an incredible opportunity for growth,” said Daggett.

Daggett officially assumed his new role on 1 July. He will be based in Tokyo.
