The Estée Lauder Companies issues $650m of senior notes

Closing of the offering will occur on or about 14 February 2024.

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. has unveiled the current offering and pricing of $650m collective principal amount of its 5.000% Senior Notes, due in 2034.

The offering served as a response to an effective registration statement by The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 20 May 2021.

The closing of the offering is projected to occur on or about 14 February 2024.

Estée Lauder has planned to use the net proceeds for its general corporate activities, including funding a portion of the purchase price for the remaining interest in DECIEM, operational expenses, working capital, capital expenditures and redemption, and repayment of short-term or long-term borrowings, containing the outstanding commercial paper.

In terms of any specifics in the application, Estée Lauder Companies Inc. will provide funds on short-term marketable securities.

BofA Securities, Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, MUFG Securities Americas Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC have served as the joint book-running administrators for the offering.
