Shopee Malaysia launches On-Time Guarantee Program to ensure timely deliveries

Customers will receive a RM5 voucher for deliveries that exceed the estimated delivery date provided.

Shopee Malaysia has officially rolled out the On-Time Guarantee program aimed at ensuring prompt order fulfilment through all Shopee supported logistics channels.

As part of the program, customers will receive a $1 (RM5) voucher for deliveries that exceed the estimated delivery date provided.

The On-Time Guarantee program strengthens Shopee's commitment to seamless and secure shopping for digital-savvy buyers. This means faster and more flexible delivery options such as next day delivery, instant delivery, and more Shopee self-collection points for Malaysians.
