SHEIN has launched its evoluSHEIN roadmap, which will guide its operation in aligning with international social and environmental frameworks.
The Roadmap outlined nine key priorities, under three strategic pillars–People, Planet, and Process.
“With evoluSHEIN, we are paving the way for our business to continue its growth trajectory and outlining what we can do as a business to drive change. Our Sustainability and Social Impact strategy builds on our existing programs and initiatives across our value chain,” Adam Whinston, Global Head of ESG at SHEIN, said.
“evoluSHEIN aims to guide SHEIN in the next phase of its journey toward a more desirable and sustainable future that is accessible to all. We are embarking on a long and exciting journey: that of our evolution.”

Under People, SHEIN sought to improve lives in each community reached, empower talent to access their full potential and secure access to self-expression for our diverse customer community.
Under Planet, the company planned to decarbonise its supply chain, source responsible products and materials, and protect biodiversity and animal welfare; whereas under Process, SHEIN intended to design circular ecosystems, accelerate sustainable innovation, optimise resource efficiency.
