Robotic last-mile delivery market to hit $1.74b by 2032
Robotic deliveries are also projected to reach 25,000 by 2032.
Robotic last-mile delivery revenues are expected to jump from $260m in 2025 to over $1.74b by 2032, according to ABI Research.
The number of robotic deliveries is projected to reach 25,000 by 2032, driven by the adoption of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs).
Rising last-mile delivery costs and the demand for faster delivery are pushing the adoption of AMRs, particularly in urban areas.
"With AMR technology advancing, an increasing number of use cases are being realised in urban zones and structured areas such as malls and universities," said Adhish Luitel, principal analyst at ABI Research.
The growth of online grocery sales is also boosting demand for robotic deliveries. Additionally, e-commerce in the grocery sector is expected to reach 15% penetration by 2026, up from 8.8% in 2020.
AMRs are also gaining traction due to their lower delivery costs and reduced carbon emissions.
