JD Global Sales expands to Malaysia and Thailand ahead of Singles Day

It also offers free shipping options.

JD Global Sales, JD.com’s international e-commerce division, has expanded its services to Malaysia and Thailand, allowing consumers in both countries to access its extensive product offerings.

The launch coincides with this year’s Singles Day (Double 11) shopping festival, featuring free shipping options.

Malaysian customers can receive free shipping on orders over RMB 399, with coverage for items weighing up to 6kg by sea and 2kg by air.

In Thailand, free shipping applies to orders over RMB 199, covering up to 2kg for land delivery. These options are available for self-operated (1P) products ordered through the JD.com app.

The expansion follows recent improvements in shipping options, including free delivery for consumers in the U.S., Japan, and Singapore announced in August.
