This will improve customer experience as it offers personalised recommendations.

E-commerce platform Daraz launched an artificial intelligence chatbot, AskDaraz, allowing South Asian consumers to discuss and get offer personalised shopping recommendations.

In a statement, Daraz said the chatbot powered by OpenAI’s ChatGPT will improve the shopping experience on the platform as this analyses user requirements and sifts through the millions of products to come up with personalised recommendations.
