Central Retail launches 'retailtainment' concept in new Robinson store

With over 350 brands, Robinson Lifestyle Chalong is the 28th location.

Central Retail Corp. has launched the newest location of Robinson Lifestyle and Robinson Department Store in Phuket integrating a "Retailtenment" concept wherein partner stores and leading brands are designed to deliver an “Eat-Shop-Play” experience for customers.

The outlet covers 43,000 square metres of space, covering a variety of tenants, like the flagship Robinson Department store, a supermarket, specialty stores, and IT offices. Several amenities include 1,500 parking spaces, touch-free elevators, free Wi-fi access, phone-charging stations, and coworking spaces.

Several zones will be specially designated for outlets in dining, fashion, gadgets, and local Thai products.

“We are more than confident that Chalong location will respond to every need of every lifestyle, including Thai shoppers, Thai tourists, and foreigners. Not only do we work to create a different shopping experience, but we also want to grow sustainably with the community in the aspects of the economy, education, and environment,” Philippe Jean Broianigo, CEO of property business development of Robinson Lifestyle under Central Retail, stated.
