The first Tesla Supercharger station will be launched in Robinson Lifestyle Kamphaeng Phet.
Central Retail Group has partnered with electric vehicle producer Tesla to set up Superchargers at Robinson Lifestyle Shopping Center outlets.
The first Supercharger station will be opened at Robinson Lifestyle Kamphaeng Phet, seen as a strategic location for owners of electric vehicles (EV).
The station situated in the parking area will comprise 8 chargers of CCS2 DC type, with a power supply of 250 kilowatts, 6 charger heads, and an AC type supporting the maximum power supply, in addition to 11 kilowatts of 2 chargers for customers within the shopping centre. Users can view the charging status of their vehicles through the Superchargers whilst using the Tesla application.

The retailer has made the partnership as part of their promotion for “A Lifestyle Community for All Living”, aspiring to move forward as a “Green Hub” that embodies sustainable retail.
Central Retail also hopes that the endorsement of electric vehicles will also allow the expansion of the business and awareness towards their consumer base on stewarding the environment.
Currently, the market of EVs in Thailand has grown, with 2023 having experienced an over 399.05% increase. Through its success, Central Retail hopes to increase the number of service stations in its shopping centres.
