Central Pattana opens shopping center-led mixed-use project

It is the company’s first provincial project designed as a sports destination.

Shopping centre operator Central Pattana has opened its ‘Central Chanthaburi’ mixed-use project, comprising a shopping centre placed along a convention hall, a condominium and residential project and a hotel, the company announced in a press release.

Central Pattana touted the project as its largest and most comprehensive mixed-used project, as well as its first provincial project designed as a sports destination.

The project utilizes a semi-outdoor design to maximize exposure to its green areas of four rai, where visitors will find a running track, bicycle parking area, exercise area, a social park, a family playground, a pet playground and cafés.

The project has a multi-purpose area of over 4,000 sqm, located in a prime location in the heart of the city. Central Pattana has co-created with local people to promote Chanthaburi's highlights in all aspects, the company said.
