AS Watson appoints Clarice Au as CEO of Retail Hong Kong

She will oversee the operations of Watsons, PARKnSHOP, Fortress, and Watson’s Wine.

AS Watson Group has named Clarice Au as the chief executive officer of Retail Hong Kong, effective 1 March 2025.

Au will oversee the operations of Watsons, PARKnSHOP, Fortress, and Watson’s Wine.

Dr. Malina Ngai, group CEO of AS Watson, highlighted Au’s leadership and contributions. “She has been instrumental in driving digital transformation and advancing the growth of both the Fortress retail chain and the MoneyBack multi-brand loyalty programme.”

Looking ahead, Au emphasised the importance of adaptability in Hong Kong’s fast-changing retail environment.

“Looking ahead, my priority will be to build on our strong business foundation whilst harnessing the talents of our combined teams, as well as close collaboration with our business partners to elevate the customer experience across our network of over 500 O+O stores,” she said.
