UNIQLO to anchor new Keppel-operated Hanoi Center in 2026

Store opening marks first initiative under Keppel–Fast Retailing partnership.

UNIQLO will open a store at Hanoi Center, a retail mall to be operated by Keppel and expected to become the city’s largest shopping destination in 2026. The store is the first project arising from Keppel’s collaboration with Fast Retailing.

Keppel and Japan’s Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding to explore real estate opportunities in Asia-Pacific, with the agreement signed by Christina Tan of Keppel and Takayuki Miki of Fast Retailing.

The companies will assess potential developments under the partnership in markets where their retail and asset-management interests align.

The Hanoi Center project demonstrates the early implementation of the partnership and establishes UNIQLO as one of its initial retail tenants.
