Reliance Retail and Delta Galil form JV to target Indian apparel market

The partnership will focus on intimate apparel, activewear, and lifestyle clothing.

Reliance Retail Ventures Limited (Reliance Retail) and Delta Galil Industries, Ltd. have announced a 50/50 joint venture aimed at transforming India’s apparel market. 

The strategic collaboration will focus on creating an apparel innovation platform tailored to the needs of Indian consumers. Delta Galil, known worldwide for its innovative approach and high-quality products, will leverage the partnership to expand its footprint in India’s rapidly growing market. Its portfolio of intimate apparel, activewear, and lifestyle brands will be offered through retail, wholesale, and digital channels. 

The joint venture will also design and manufacture apparel for Reliance Retail’s established in-house brands.

Moreover, it will launch Delta’s lifestyle stores and Athena brand for men’s and women’s intimates within 18 months.
