Penshoppe Group names new CEO

She succeeds Bernie Liu, who has been CEO since 1996.

Golden ABC (GABC), the company behind the Penshoppe Group, has appointed Alice Liu as its new chief executive officer, effective 1 January 2025.

Alice, who has served as GABC’s president and chief operating officer since March 2023, will now lead the company as CEO whilst retaining her role as president.

This move comes after a two-year succession plan to ensure a seamless leadership transition.

She succeeds Bernie Liu, who has been CEO since 1996.

Bernie will step into the role of executive chairman of both Golden ABC and its parent company, LH Paragon, Inc. (LHPI).
