Luxury brands set to double retail space at K11 Musea

This expansion capitalises on the prime location and increasing foot traffic of K11 Musea.

K11 Musea, one of Hong Kong’s premier shopping destinations at Victoria Dockside, is set for a major expansion, increasing its luxury retail space to more than 30,000 square feet.

Over the next four years, Audemars Piguet, Balenciaga, Brunello Cucinelli, Loewe, Saint Laurent, and Van Cleef & Arpels will remodel their stores, whilst Prada will open its first K11 Musea location. Together, these updates will double the group’s luxury retail space.

This expansion enhances the district’s status as a premier destination for high-end shoppers, featuring new duplexes and innovative store concepts, the mall said.

“This is largely the result of the strong performance and very high sales productivity at their current stores at K11 Musea,” said Richard Cheung, Executive Vice President of K11 Group. “This reinforces our commitment to the cultural commerce model which benefits both customers and brand partners at the K11 Art and Cultural District.”
